4-Week Speed & Agility Program

Get Faster. Get Stronger. Get Ahead.


□‍♂️ Program Details:

  • Length: 4 weeks (2 days/week, 1 hour per session)
  • Cost: $200 for the full program
  • Who: Kids ages 10 and up (max 10 participants per group)

□ Schedule & Locations:

  • Group 1: Tuesday & Thursday at 10 AM
    • Tuesday: Rev Atascadero
    • Thursday: Rev Atascadero
  • Group 2: Monday & Wednesday at 10 AM
    • Monday: Rev SLO
    • Wednesday: Rev SLO

□ Training Includes:

  • Speed drills, agility ladders, cones
  • Plyometrics with boxes and bands
  • Core strength using medicine balls & weights
  • Progressive sprint prep culminating in a 40-yard dash test

Learn About Head Coach, Darik Stollmeyer

Having grown up in a sports oriented family, when Darik moved to the Central Coast he became a three-sport star at Morro Bay High School (football, baseball and track). When he graduated in 1998, he knew he wanted to continue playing sports in college. He received a full academic scholarship to attend Cal Poly State University of San Luis Obispo.

Passionate about both baseball and football, he negotiated and convinced the coach that he could play baseball as well. His drive and determination are what convinced coaches to believe in him.

He worked hard and put forth a real effort to learn from his coaches. On top of being a two-sport athlete, he also maintained over a 3.0 GPA and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology. His Kinesiology degree and sports experience makes Darik a great sports performance and fitness teacher.

His extensive background in coaching, knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the human body, and experience as an athlete add a new style to group fitness classes. He specializes in Sports Performance Training and will take your ability to the next level, giving you that edge over the competition. Always ready with a smile, Darik will encourage you to work hard and acheive your fitness goals.

General reminders and guidelines:

- Please Make Sure to Bring Plenty of Water For Your Young Athlete
- Please have them wear shoes that are good for running, as well as clothing that allows for free movement.
- We will be outdoors on Turf (artificial grass) so sunscreen is recommended and/or a hat to wear.
- Sessions (for 10-18 Yr Olds)will run each day from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM so please be prepared to drop off and pick up your child on time
- In addition to providing your child with a fun time, please Help prepare your child to stay focused and follow instructions.
